It's hard to put into words, what Salome has done to support and help guide me over the last few months. I went into therapy angry at the world and myself and with a feeling of hopelessness to ever feeling content and happy with the life I have. The sessions consisted of mostly CAT which was amazing to be able to recognise my the roles i went into and over the months we were able to find exits to these states. I also completed a few weeks of EMDR which were difficult, however with Salome's calm and encouraging presence it helped me to get through this. Thank you Salome for being being so warm towards me, for challenging my thoughts when it was needed, for encouraging me to keep going and for making me smile and remembering therapy doesn't have to always be sad and difficult.
